Preschool Bible Skipping Stone Workshop and Celebration

Preschool Bible Skipping Stone Workshop and Celebration
Join us for the PreschoolBible Blessing, one of our six Skipping Stones to celebrate a child’s journey of life and faith!

In the Preschool Bible Blessing, we partner with parents/guardians in presenting children with a story Bible, fulfilling the baptismal promise to “place into their hands the holy scriptures.” As children are introduced to God’s Word, they learn the foundational stories of faith, about God’s love for them and for all people, and about the life and teachings of Jesus.

To maintain a safe atmosphere with a limited number of participants, families choose to attend ONE of the following workshop options:

- Wednesday, Sept. 28, 5:30-6:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary Nursery

- Saturday, Oct. 1, 9-9:45 a.m. in the Great Hall, Dot Room

During the workshop, children are introduced to their new Spark Story Bible (a gift from St. Andrew’s) and learn creative ways to read and retell Bible stories at home. It’s a fun, interactive experience.

The workshop is designed for preschool children (ages 3-5), who attend with at least one parent/guardian or adult partner. Older or younger siblings are welcome to come along. Children do not have to be members of St. Andrew's to participate.
